Ed Rubinstein PhD • Psychologist


      Dr. Ed Rubenstein is a licensed psychologist in North Carolina. He received his Ph.D., from Florida State University in Counseling Psychology. He has a Master degree in Spiritual Studies from Goddard College, a Masters in Psychology from Radford University and a Masters in Rehabilitation Services from Florida State University.

      Ed has worked in university, hospital and community settings. He was a Senior Psychologist and Behavioral Medicine Coordinator at Thomas Rehabilitation Hospital where he was affiliated from 1988 to 2001.

      Ed has authored, “An Awakening from the Trances of Everyday Life” and “300 Incredible Things for Self-Help &Wellness on the Internet”. He has taught personal growth strategies to clients, organizations and institutions for over 25 years. He has conducted workshops on, “Living in Balance and Harmony”, “Stress Management for Young People”, “Emotional Management”, “Awakening from the Trances of Everyday Life”, “Cultivating the Present” and “Open Heart: The Key for True Joy”.
